Disastrous & Horrible Experiences
Our contract is based on 10 weeks, total of 5 milestones with the cost of 10k USD. The total timeline for this project is to finish up within 10 weeks, confidently given by Raj Kamal. The total amount we have paid for this company is 6,500 USD, and which is on the 3rd milestone (75% completion). 4th Milestone on the contract is 100% completion, with iOS and Android ready to use. This company has spent over a year, over the contract timeline, yet unable to produce a working product. Both Android and iOS are full of bugs, horrible UI or UX design. Raj Kamal tries to convince us to make a advance payment on the 4th milestone, to motivate and fasten up the development. However, I smell fishy about it so I decided not to make an advance payment. And that's when he shown his true colour, he made a ultimatum on us. Either make the advance payment or project will be continue to be delayed. The product we have received, No backend was made and both android and iOS is way away from completion (roughly 30% was developed) His common answers for delaying is "This product is not easy to developed", "If you want to speed up your project development, you can make an advance payment to motivate our employee", "It will be done within 2 weeks" In my whatsapp conversation, every month he told us our project will be done within weeks but has been delayed over 52 weeks. All of his developers handling my project has left the company due to unpaid salary for many months. He blamed us for holding up the payment, expecting them to for free. He will use all sort of reason to blame you after you have made the payment. This is outright scamming on clients. He doesn't have the plan to finish the product but to delay the project until you gave up.
